It’s the return of TV Talk Podcast listener fave: TWO IDIOTS TALK LOST!

Originally recorded as part of our regular podcast (click here to listen), our hour long LOST discussion seemed a little much after 90 minutes of TV banter so we broke it into it’s own podcast this week.

Sit back, relax and resist the urge to shake us like a screaming baby as we try to navigate our way through the crazy LOST Season 6 premiere.

*Recorded: 2/3/10

  2. This podcast made my Friday afternoon at work ! Thank you for spending the time (and taking the notes) to talk about all of the confusion that is LOST ! :-)

I definitely need to watch this premiere again, and am more excited about it now that I’ve listened to you guys.

  3. Fun show as usual.
One thing I need to point out is that on the Jimmy Kimmel episode after Lost, Cuse and Lindelof said that Locke is the smoke monster and NOT the man in black.
Knowing those guys it could be a load of BS, but if not I’m very curious to know who and where the man in black is.

  4. @Shanemd - Thanks for that. Every single person I talked to thought that the man in black loopholed his way into Locke AND he was also the smoke monster.

I’m going to watch that interview right now. Thanks for the heads up.

  5. Love this show.

Speculation between seasons fell into 2 camps what would happen after the bomb - nothing or reset. So what does the show do? It gives us both.

    Brilliant.

    Just frakkin’ brilliant.

Its these kind of story telling decisions that make this show so special.

Favourite nickname for the evil Locke - Smocke!
    aka Smoke Monster/Locke.

    2 great ‘casts!

    Thanks!!!!

  6. First - I love your podcasts!!
My friend had a theory that once they die on the island, they go back to that other reality. Which could explain the scene with Juliet - if she had one of those “go to the light” moments, then came back for a minute (only to die again ) - maybe she got a glimpse into that other reality. And why she was able to say it worked. And if she didn’t come back - Sawyer would never have known to ask Miles what she had to tell him. Gonna miss her. Here’s hoping we haven’t seen the last of her yet.

One question - where was Shannon?? She wasn’t on the flight?? Another twist in that alternate reality there.

They couldn’t get the actress that played Shannon so they wrote her out with Boone saying that she stayed in Australia. I like your friend’s theory, it makes alot of sense.
    @Everyone
Great podcast. I’ll be tuning in all season long. I completely agree about the crappy underwater graphics from the moment I saw them, I mean did you see that shark?
Why was Desmond on the plane and then gone the moment we saw Charlie? Did the new “others” come and get Jack to talk to him privately about Christian? I thought that Jacob would loophole himself into Sayid too, but then he woke up and said “what happened” and blew a hole through that theory.

  8. Hippie Guy is John Hawkes, a great character actor. He’s been on X-Files, The Perfect Storm, Psych, Monk, CSI, Deadwood, 24, Buffy…the list goes on.

Fun podcast; my first time. I’ll be back!
